EK KADAM UJJWAL BHAVISHYA KI AUR
"Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think."
Albert Einstein
Education is the beginning of the stairwell into a wider world, without which one cannot progress socially as well as economically. Access to education is critical to access emerging opportunities that accompany economic growth. The system of education in rural areas has been undergoing many changes and transformations. In the present existence, there have been developments and progressions taking place however, there are still much improvements need to be made.
Education in rural India is highly dependent on government-aided schools or various NGOs. However, the expenses of rural students on stationary is more than that of students in urban areas. To eliminate this problem, We, at MAA Foundation aim to provide the basic educational needs of stationary to the students of such government-aided schools and slum schools.
MAA Foundation also has a goal of providing better infrastructure and ensure quality education at schools in rural areas by conducting various workshops and guest sessions. It also focuses on teaching through virtual classes/sessions to eliminate the problem of lack of teachers in these schools.
